zadnjih godinu dana kuham samo na woku

i sve.

kod nas je dobar tefalov wok. hrana je jako ukusna i zdrava i brzo se sprema.

Volim i ja hranu iz Woka . Moj omiljeni recept (jednostavno a ukusno) :

Napravi se 1 dl pilecegbouillon ( 1 kocka za pilecu supu u 2dj vode i da provre) . Meso je narezano na trake (ja sam probala i telece i pilece, najbolje je sa telecim) .
Prvo se u WOKsu proprzi meso i izvadi se iz WOKsa. U ono ulje u WOKsu dodaju se male mrkvice ili veca mrkva narezana na trake manje. Mrkva se poprzi dok malo ne omeksa. Onda se doda drugo povrce , biza, tikvice(izrezane na kockice), patlidzani , cvjetici karfiola , itd. Ja ubacim i sjemenke suncokreta ili tikve , ponekad onaj malecki kukuruz.Posoliti po zelji i pobiberiti . U to sve dodaj 1dl pileceg bouliona i kad poncne vrijuckat dodaj 50 gr maslaca narezanog na kockice. Promjesaj da se izjednaci i da se maslac samo rastopi a da ostane ono bjelkast. Dodaj u to odma nasjeckan persun i ono poprzeno meso . Odmah sluziti ! PRIJATNO 10.gif

evo malo on topic, niti volim spamirati nit' ove sto spamiraju 21.gif 19.gif

sto se tice tave WOK, najbolji je gusani (eng. cast iron), livano zeljezo, sta li? po meni. promjenila sam dva-tri sve mi bilo zao dati velike pare jer su od gusa najskuplji. moje je iskustvo da se jedino u gusanom za kratko postigne visoka temeratura koja je potrebna za ovakvu pripremu hrane. kazu da ga ne treba ni prati poslije upotrebe samo prebrisati, ja svoj ipak malo plaknem.

@NV, wok hrana je karakteristicna po nacinju spremanja a ne samo po gusanoj tavi. Znaci toplotna obrada hrane ne traje duze od 3 - 5 minuta. Sve se prethodno isijece, kao sto Amra i Amaryllis rekose, svi se sastojci isjeckaju na tanke listice ili kockice. Zatim "tajna" je u tim azijskim zacinima.

Nasla sam juce tavu u prodavnici, od gusa je i nije ni skupa, 25 eura, ali je ne kupih, dok jos malo obidjem i vidim izbor. Osim toga, nemam plin u kuci i ne znam kako cu to na el. kolu moci postici, to brzinsko kuhanje na visokoj temperaturi.

najdrazi od azijskih zacina mi je soya sos. ko ne voli puno zacina u hrani (kao ja) onda moze isjeci svo povrce, pomastiti trunkicu wok (prednost kuhanja u wok-u je to sto se ne mora koristiti puno ulja, dovoljna je malecka kasika), okrenuti spaHre' na najjace, proprziti to sve (ja to radim bez tog vaseg plamena, obicno przenje kao u tavi, samo sto je u posebnoj eto tavi - wok) i na kraju kad je skoro gotovo sve to se prelije sa par kasika soya sos-a....mmmm prste polizati. samo treba paziti da se jelo ne presoli jer soya sos je onako malo slan a malo slatkast...samo vise slan.

amrice - bas si nam super ideju dala, danas cemo praviti ovaj tvoj recept (samo bez mesa jer dodje mi po dijeti danas dan u kojem se meso ne jede - UN dijeta):
